Job summary

Valiram in Subang Jaya is seeking a stock control and replenishment professional to work closely with merchandising, operations, inventory, VM, marketing and warehouse teams.

You will manage weekly replenishment, new stock and repeat orders, monitor stock levels across stores, and coordinate internal transfers. You will track seasonal delivery schedules and prepare monthly performance insights for categories, aligning with market trends and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with merchandising, operations, inventory, VM, marketing, & warehouse team as well as brand principal
• Responsible for weekly replenishment & new stock/ repeats orders allocation as & when new stock arrives
• Responsible for monitoring stock holding of each store & request stores to perform Internal Outlet Transfer
• Monitor & update delivery schedule of each season
• Prepare monthly best & worst sellers by category
• Consolidate monthly defective file & send to principal by keeping inventory inform for their follow-up of credit note
• To control and distribute shoe care & paper bag inventory
• Prepare Masterfile template for seasonal launch
• Market & store visits to understand competitor, market trend & customer needs
