Job summary

SEASON RETAIL MANAGEMENT SDN. BHD. seeks a detail‑oriented Merchandising Administrator to support merchandising across outlets in Malaysia.

You will compile, organise and maintain all merchandising documents and records, and create item codes, Purchase Orders (POs) and Delivery Orders (DOs) with accurate data. You will monitor stock levels, assist in ordering and replenishment, coordinate promotions with stores and departments, and maintain filing for easy reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Merchandising, Retail Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, inventory or purchasing.
• Experience in optical retail, fashion, eyewear or other retail industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Compile, organise and maintain merchandising documents and records.
• Create and maintain item codes, Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders.
• Verify product details, quantities and pricing before processing documents.
• Prepare and maintain promotion listings, including pricing and campaign details.
• Assist in stock ordering and replenishment, monitoring inventory levels.
• Coordinate with retail stores and departments on product launches and promotions.
• Maintain filing and documentation for easy reference and reporting.
• Support merchandising team with reports and admin tasks.
• Perform other merchandising-related duties as assigned.
