Qualifikationen

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Certificate or diploma in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management is an advantage.
• Previous experience in warehouse or inventory management is preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of stock control procedures and warehouse documentation.
• Good organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to handle warehouse activities, including lifting and moving goods.

Aufgaben

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery orders, purchase orders and invoices.
• Arrange and store materials in designated locations with proper identification and labeling.
• Issue materials, tools and supplies according to approved requisitions.
• Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory system or stock cards.
• Perform daily stock checks and periodic physical inventory counts.
• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock, excess-stock, damaged or expired items.
• Ensure proper FIFO or FEFO practices where applicable.
• Prepare delivery orders, GRN, stock transfer records and other warehouse documentation.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, logistics and other departments regarding stock availability.
• Ensure goods are packed, handled and stored properly to prevent damage or loss.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization and safety compliance.
• Assist with loading, unloading, picking, packing and dispatching goods as required.
• Report inventory discrepancies and investigate stock variances.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
