Job summary

Valiram in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee end-to-end inventory across warehouses, distribution centres and retail stores, ensuring accuracy, governance and timely closing. The role drives stock control, data integrity and audit readiness.

You will lead a team, collaborate with Finance, IT and Operations, and manage month-end close, stock counts and KPI reporting to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 6–10 years of experience in inventory management, accounting, or control roles.

Responsibilities

• Inventory governance and control across stores, warehouses, and 3PLs.
• Oversee and validate inventory adjustments, write-offs, and reclassifications.
• Ensure system transactions reflect physical stock movements and financial impact.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline
