Job summary

Getlink Resources is seeking a warehouse/inventory handler to receive and verify goods, organize storage, and maintain precise inventory records in Ampang Jaya. You will perform daily stock checks, issue stock per requests, and ensure proper labeling, storage and safety in the warehouse.

You will coordinate withPurchasing, Production and Operations teams, handle packing and loading tasks as needed, and contribute to a clean, organized warehouse while maintaining accurate documentation and timely

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse or inventory management is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and inventory systems.
• Able to perform stock counting and maintain accurate records.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to handle goods and warehouse activities.
• Responsible, honest, disciplined and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify incoming goods, materials and stock against delivery orders, invoices and purchase orders.
• Arrange, organize and maintain stock in the designated storage areas.
• Monitor and update inventory records to ensure stock accuracy.
• Perform daily stock checking and periodic stock counts.
• Prepare, pick and issue stock according to approved requests.
• Ensure all stock is properly labelled, stored and handled.
• Monitor stock levels and report low stock, damaged goods or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness, tidiness and safety of the warehouse and storage areas.
• Assist in packing, loading and unloading goods when required.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of stock movement records.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing, Production and Operations teams regarding stock requirements.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
