Job summary

Swisresources in Shah Alam is seeking a Drafter to prepare and translate design concepts into detailed construction drawings. Working hours are 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM, Monday to Friday, with responsibilities covering shop and as-built drawings and updates per project changes.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Certificate in Drafting and has 2–3 years of experience in Mechanical & Electrical or construction sectors. Strong adherence to standards is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Drafting or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in the Mechanical & Electrical or construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce accurate technical drawings, plans, and layouts for construction projects.
• Translate design concepts, sketches, and specifications from engineers, architects, or project teams into detailed drawings.
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction drawings in accordance with project requirements.
• Revise and update drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and client or consultant feedback.
• Ensure drawings comply with relevant standards, codes, and project specifications.
