Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction documentation standards, building codes, and local regulations.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings and architectural plans accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce precise drawings under deadlines.
• Experience drafting in construction or architectural/engineering environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out drafting work and ensuring project drawings are produced on schedule.
• Prepare project drawings as requested and in accordance with company standards.
• Update drawings per procedures and incorporate feedback from architects and engineers.
• Maintain version control and organize drawing files for procurement and execution.
• Prepare material lists, schedules, and specification documents to support construction.
• Support site surveys, measurements, and documentation as required.
• Ensure drawings are labeled, dimensioned and annotated for clarity.
