JEB Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail-oriented Drafter to translate design concepts into precise drawings for our construction projects. This full-time, on-site role requires adherence to local regulations and industry standards.

You will collaborate with architects and engineers, manage drawing files, prepare material lists, and support site surveys. Background in office furniture is a plus. Competitive remuneration and opportunities for professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction documentation standards, building codes, and local regulations.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings and architectural plans accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce precise drawings under deadlines.
• Experience drafting in construction or architectural/engineering environments is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Carrying out drafting work and ensuring project drawings are produced on schedule.
• Prepare project drawings as requested and in accordance with company standards.
• Update drawings per procedures and incorporate feedback from architects and engineers.
• Maintain version control and organize drawing files for procurement and execution.
• Prepare material lists, schedules, and specification documents to support construction.
• Support site surveys, measurements, and documentation as required.
• Ensure drawings are labeled, dimensioned and annotated for clarity.
