Job summary

Expowarisan Konsortium Sdn Bhd is seeking a proficient draughtsperson to prepare and update technical drawings as per project requirements. The role involves producing precise 2D drawings with AutoCAD, revising them per engineers’ feedback, and ensuring compliance with standards.

You will also prepare shop, as-built and construction drawings, maintain filing, coordinate with site teams, and assist with project submissions. Site measurements may be required to update drawings as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in creating detailed 2D drawings from project requirements.
• Strong attention to accuracy and standards in drawings.
• Ability to interpret engineers' and architects' comments and revise drawings accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update technical drawings according to project requirements and specifications.
• Produce detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD or other drafting software.
• Revise drawings based on comments from engineers, architects and project teams.
• Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project standards and specifications.
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings and construction drawings.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, site teams and other departments regarding drawing requirements.
• Assist in preparing drawings and technical documents for project submission.
• Monitor drawing revisions and ensure the latest versions are used at the project site.
• Perform site measurements and update drawings when required.
