Job summary

One Ocean Environment Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to manage shop drawings and related submissions for construction projects. You will prepare and compile drawings, ensure timely submission, and maintain accurate tracking across master lists and supplier submissions.

You will liaise with project/site teams and subcontractors to secure approvals, follow ISO document control procedures, and help issue updated drawings to the relevant parties.

Qualifications

• Experience with shop drawings and construction documentation
• Ability to coordinate with project/site teams and subcontractors

Responsibilities

• Preparation, compilation, printing and submission of shop drawings and as-built drawings for projects.
• Coordinate and liaise with project/site team on the preparation and submission of shop drawings.
• Coordinate and liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors on the preparation/input of supplier shop drawings submission.
• Follow-up on shop drawings submission and approval.
• Updating master tracking list of construction drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Follow and comply with ISO procedures on document control for all incoming and outgoing drawings.
• Issuance of up-to-date construction drawings and approved shop drawings to sub-contractors.
• Prepare Method Statement for equipment installation.
• Any other duties/tasks assigned from time to time.
• Preparation and submission of equipment/material to client/consultant for approval.
• Tracking, monitoring, updating and reporting of submission and approval status.
