Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure schedules and targets are met.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Membrane Switch Supervisor to oversee daily production activities for membrane switch products. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production operators, ensuring products meet quality requirements, achieving production targets, and maintaining smooth production flow.

Key responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities and ensure production schedules and targets are achieved

Monitor production output, efficiency, manpower, and material usage

Ensure production processes are carried out according to approved work instructions, drawings, and specifications

Coordinate with Production Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth production flow

Identify production bottlenecks and implement appropriate corrective actions

Supervise membrane switch production processes, including graphic printing, circuit printing, die-cutting, lamination, adhesive application, dome/metal snap assembly, connector and tail assembly, and final assembly and inspection

Monitor product appearance and workmanship to prevent defects such as misalignment, printing defects, contamination, bubbles, wrinkles, and poor adhesion

Ensure all products meet customer specifications and quality requirements

Work closely with the Quality team to investigate production defects and customer complaints

Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions

About you

Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

3–5 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in membrane switch, printed electronics, flexible circuit, or similar manufacturing industries

Hands-on knowledge of membrane switch manufacturing processes

Experience in managing production operators and shop-floor activities

Good understanding of quality requirements and manufacturing processes

Able to read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines

Good leadership and team-management skills

Willing to work overtime or shifts when required
