Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in production supervision in relevant industries.
• Hands-on knowledge of membrane switch manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to guide shop floor teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure schedules and targets are met.
• Monitor production output, efficiency, manpower, and material usage.
• Ensure processes follow approved work instructions, drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Quality and Warehouse for smooth flow.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee membrane switch assembly steps from printing to final inspection and quality checks.
