Job summary

ONEarth Malaysia seeks a proactive relationship manager to support active members and business partners, ensuring they feel supported, connected and engaged with ONEarth. You will be the primary contact for assigned accounts, tracking progress and gathering feedback to improve the member experience.

You will work closely with management, sales, marketing and operations, using WhatsApp, CRM systems and basic digital tools to coordinate activities and events, while building strong, lasting

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proactive and organised with good follow-up discipline.
• Capable of managing multiple relationships simultaneously.
• Familiar with WhatsApp, CRM systems, spreadsheets and basic digital tools.
• Experience in account management, customer success, relationship management, community management, sales support or business development is an advantage.
• Experience in the pet industry is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Gather feedback from members and provide insights to management on how ONEarth can improve the overall member experience.
