We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team at Noble Medic Sdn Bhd, a leading Medical Distributor company based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative product range to healthcare professionals, ensuring our solutions are effectively distributed and utilised.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital procurement teams
• Actively promoting our consumable and non‑consumable products, medical device products, highlighting their unique features and benefits
• Identifying new business opportunities and generating sales leads through networking and market research
• Providing product training and demonstrations to customers to ensure proper usage and optimal outcomes
• Gathering customer feedback and insights to inform our product development and marketing strategies
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

What we're looking for

• At least 1‑2 years of experience in medical sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success
• Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing / Medical study is encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence healthcare professionals
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the assigned products/ services/ systems
• Prior experience in sales and marketing of Cardiac devices is preferred
• A passion for healthcare to sell medical devices and pharmaceutical products, and a commitment to achieving sales targets
