Job summary

Pharm-D Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Pharmaceutical Sales Executive to promote and sell our products to doctors, hospitals and pharmacies across Ipoh and Perak. You will build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and work to achieve territory targets.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science or Healthcare, with 1–2 years in pharmaceutical or medical sales, has excellent communication and presentation skills, a valid driving licence and is willing to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Healthcare or related field.
• 1–2 years in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, healthcare or medical sales.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory and maintain relations with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products to doctors, hospitals and retail pharmacies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and existing customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations and detailing.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, orders and other business requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
• Participate in product launches, exhibitions, CME sessions and other promotional activities.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular market updates to management.
• Manage the assigned territory independently and conduct regular field visits across Ipoh and Perak.

Responsibilities

1. Promote and sell pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals and retail pharmacies.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and existing customers.

4. Achieve assigned sales targets and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
5. Follow up on customer enquiries, orders and other business requirements.

8. Prepare sales reports and provide regular market updates to management.

Territory Coverage

• Assigned territory: Perak (Based in IPOH)

Customer Coverage

• Government hospitals, private hospitals and retail pharmacies, working closely with doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals across Ipoh and Perak.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, healthcare or medical sales.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with doctors, pharmacists and healthcare professionals.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
• *Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
