Job summary

BP Healthcare Group is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technologist cum Dental Assistant to support both the laboratory and dental team across Malaysia. The role involves handling walk-in customers, coordinating appointments, and assisting with documentation and admin tasks as part of a multi-disciplinary care team.

Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided, and candidates must be willing to work in shifts.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM Cert or equivalent.
• No work experience required.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Handling of walk-in customers, i.e. answering customer enquiries, directing customer to the appropriate departments, introducing the Group’s services and products to the customer etc.
