Job summary

BP Healthcare Group in Malaysia is recruiting dedicated physiotherapists to join a patient-focused team at multiple locations, including Selangor and Ipoh.

The role involves assessing and implementing personalized treatment plans, using advanced techniques and equipment, and monitoring progress while maintaining records. A qualification in Physiotherapy and MP A registration is required, with a minimum of 2 years' experience. Training and career development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Physiotherapy.
• Registered with Malaysian Physiotherapy Association (MPA) or relevant bodies.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Strong problem-solving and organization skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assess and create treatment plans.
• Use modern techniques/equipment to tailor programs.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatments as needed.
• Maintain confidential patient records.
• Provide full treatment including manual and machine-assisted therapy.

We are recruiting for a dedicated and skilled physiotherapists to join our dynamic team and contribute to our patient-focused approach at the following locations: -

Selangor

Ipoh

Job Responsibilities:

Assess, create and effectively carry out treatment plan independently

To use new techniques & technologies/equipment in creating different programs for each specific patient based on their conditions

Monitor patients' progress throughout treatment by amending treatments as required

Maintain and update patient records and documents while ensuring confidentiality

To handle patients with musculoskeletal disorders and neurology conditions

Team-work and communication skills to collaborate with various healthcare professionals

To provide full treatment to clients including manual technique as well as machines

Integrate sales and recommend suitable products and rehab items for the betterment of the patients.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelors or Diploma in Physiotherapy

Possess good knowledge in field of rehabilitation and physiotherapy

Registered with Malaysian Physiotherapy Association (MPA) and/or other relevant Physiotherapist Associations

Minimum 2 years experience

Problem-solving ability and creativity in the approach

Organizational and administrative skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage own time effectively

Candidates with passion and are hardworking

Continuous learning, refreshing and keeping physiotherapy knowledge up to date

Having a Good Clinical Practice Certificate (GCP) is an added advantage

Being able to start immediately is an added advantage
