Job summary

BP Healthcare Group is seeking a qualified Pharmacist to manage daily outlet operations, dispense medications, and monitor therapies. The role includes health screenings, value-added services, and community outreach to promote BP’s healthcare network.

Candidates should hold a recognized Pharmacy degree with FRP and Malaysian Pharmacy Board registrations, plus 2 years in community pharmacy. Immediate availability is a plus; attractive staff benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree of Pharmacy recognized by the Malaysian Pharmacy Board.
• Valid state licensure and certifications – FRP registration.
• Valid full registration with Pharmacy Board Malaysia.
• Experience in retail pharmacy stores will be an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years working in community pharmacy setting.
• Immediate availability is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Managing outlet daily operation, inventory management and maintenance of required records for pharmacy sector.
• Dispensing and compounding medications as prescribed by doctor/physician.
• Monitoring customers' drug therapies, advising interventions and informing customers of potential side effects.
• Conducting health screenings and value-added services such as smoking cessation counseling, pharmacist vaccinations/travel health consultation, lactation pharmacist support, cataract screening and sexual health education.
• Conducting health talks and participating in roadshows and events to enhance the Company’s presence in the community.
• Responsible for business development, including exploring new business opportunities, market trends, customers, partnerships, products and services.
• Performing other administrative roles when needed.

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree of Pharmacy recognized by the Malaysian Pharmacy Board;
