Job summary

Garrison Medic Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly organised Operations Executive to join our medical device team in Petaling Jaya. You will oversee day-to-day operations, with a focus on inventory management, order processing, hospital and operating theatre coordination, logistics and sales support.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in any relevant field, strong organisational and time-management skills, good communication and interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work across multiple

• Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Good attention to detail, especially with product and inventory information.
• Willing to work beyond normal office hours occasionally.
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude and strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
• Process sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices and other relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with hospitals, operating theatres, sales representatives and suppliers.
• Prepare and arrange orthopaedic implant sets and instruments for surgical cases.
• Ensure the correct products, quantities and instruments are prepared and delivered on time.
• Coordinate logistics, deliveries, collections and returns of medical devices and instrument sets.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with suppliers and the purchasing team.
• Track consignment stock and hospital inventory.
• Assist the sales team with product availability, quotations, documentation and case preparation.
