Job summary

DKSH Group in Petaling Jaya is seeking an experienced Manager Distribution Center Operations to oversee warehouse activities for medical device products, including lab equipment, POCT devices, and cold storage areas.

You will lead a team, optimize inventory and logistics processes, ensure compliance with standards, and drive safe, efficient delivery of materials to customers while coordinating with the General Manager, Medical Device Operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role as a Supervisor/Asst. Manager.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff.
• Ability to deliver effective written and verbal feedback.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel & SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations related to medical device products, including testing equipment and cold storage.
• Ensure peak warehouse efficiency with timely, proper distribution of survey materials.
• Develop systems for handling, storage, inventory, logistics, and shipping.
• Train and manage warehouse team to meet short- and long-term goals.
• Oversee daily operations and control inventory levels and logistics.
• Review workflows and space allocations to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment complying with medical device requirements and regulations.
