Job summary

Cochlear Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator to manage material movements from receiving raw materials to despatching finished products. You will ensure proper product identification, storage and handling in line with QMS and complete necessary transactions in ERP systems.

The role requires a minimum Diploma in Logistics, 1–3 years’ warehouse/logistics experience, and proficiency with Excel and ERP software (Oracle/SAP).

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics or similar is required.
• 1–3 years of warehouse/logistics operation experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in managing manufacturing requirements is a plus.
• Strong computer literacy; Excel and Word proficiency.
• Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is advantageous.
• Good written and verbal English communication required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and deliveries in an orderly manner.
• Ensure product identification, storage, and handling per QMS with required disposition transactions.
• Handle and store items appropriately; manage non-conforming materials.
• Pick, pack and issue materials for manufacturing and repairs.
• Pack items for shipping with proper labeling and boxing per work instructions.
• Perform shipping transactions in Oracle and book shipments with couriers.
• Participate in cycle counts and annual stock takes.
• Support training and contribute to quality, safety, and procedural standards.
