Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Processes claims from members and providers.
• Assists queries from providers and payers via phone calls or emails.
• Maintains files for authorizations and other reports.
• Assesses and processes claims in line with policy coverage and medical necessity.
• Monitors and maintains the claims processing as per defined terms and policy.
• Meet or exceed SLA and KPI targets for accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve queries and improve processes.
