Nexperia Malaysia is seeking a Mechatronic Engineer to join our high-tech engineering team at the ITEC Malaysia facility in Kuala Lumpur. Qualifications
- University degree MSc/BSc in Mechatronics Engineering.
- At least 5 years’ experience in the Semiconductors/Electronics/RFID/LED industrial equipment industry.
- Experience using MATLAB and Python for data analysis.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechatronic modules of industrial manufacturing equipment, and its control system.
- Develop solutions to improve equipment performance and resolve performance issues.
- Support integration of mechatronic modules in industrial manufacturing equipment.
- Collaborate with customers to define requirements and assess feasibility.
- Conduct pre-studies, calculations, modeling, experiments and risk assessments.
- Work in a multi-disciplinary team to meet system performance requirements and perform testing and release.
- Support customers and field service engineers with optimization and troubleshooting.
