Job summary

Nexperia in Malaysia is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support daily operations, drive process optimization and improve productivity while ensuring product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in manufacturing or semiconductor environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, DOE or similar tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, cost and delivery targets.
• Analyze processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Drive yield, productivity, cycle time and equipment performance improvements.
• Investigate deviations, quality issues and manufacturing challenges; implement corrective actions.
• Lead projects, process qualifications and new technology introductions.
• Use data analysis and problem-solving methodologies to drive sustainable improvements.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance and other stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing procedures, work instructions and technical docs.
• Ensure safety, environmental and quality management compliance.
• Participate in Lean, Industry 4.0, automation and digitalization initiatives.
