Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, E&E, Automation or Robotics.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, preferably SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam.
• Knowledge of industrial automation, ladder logic programming, motion control systems, and SCADA development.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
• Must be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English to coordinate across disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Optimize Automation Logic: design, test, and troubleshoot automation programs.
• Design Industrial Control Systems: select sensors, actuators, and SCADA components.
• Create CAD Modelling and CAM Prototyping: SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam work.
• Coach QEHS: train teams on best practices and procedures.
• Lead Equipment Testing, Validation and Commissioning: end‑to‑end testing to ensure production readiness.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: analyze data to boost productivity and quality.
