Job summary

HBS ENGINEERING Sdn Bhd – Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor is seeking a site supervisor to manage daily mechanical works at project sites. You will monitor installation, maintenance, and commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring works follow drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other teams, inspect materials and workmanship for quality, and prepare daily reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily mechanical works at project sites.
• Monitor installation, maintenance, repair, and commissioning of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Ensure all mechanical works follow approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other site teams.
• Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to meet quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and inspection records.
• Identify and resolve technical issues encountered during mechanical works.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment.
• Enforce safety procedures, company policies, and site regulations at all times.
• Conduct site inspections to identify potential safety and mechanical issues.
• Assist engineers in testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover activities.
• Manage and supervise mechanical workers and provide technical guidance when required.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to support smooth project execution.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on mechanical work progress.
• Ensure completed works meet required quality, safety, and performance standards.
