Qualifications

• Professional certificate, degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years in related field.
• Willing to work in Juru.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Design automation machines and provide mechanism concepts and solutions.
• Train and guide designers, technicians and assemblers.
• Monitor project status and report designers' performance to the manager.
• Lead project kickoff meetings with designers, programmer, technical support and others.
• Machine test runs and improvements.
• Coordinate with customers for info and progress updates.
• Plan, organize and manage workload to ensure timely completion.

About the role
Epsilon Automation Sdn. Bhd. is seeking talented Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Juru, Penang. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge automation solutions that drive the success of our clients. Responsibilities

• Experience in automation machine design and able to provide mechanism concept and solution.
• Provide traning & guidance to designers, technicians & assemblers.
• Monitor project status of designers & report designers performance & discipline to manager.
• Meeting for project kickoff together with designer, programmer, technical support & others.
• Machine test run and improvement.
• Dealing with customer to get info & updates progress to them.
• Plan, organize and manage the workload and assigned jobs to ensure completeness, in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Degree/ Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
• Proficient in Solid Works.
• Working experience in machine, jig and fixture design.
• Self-motivated and high organized.
• Problem solving and time management skills
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Juru.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate but interesting in automation design are also encouraged to apply.
