Job summary

Perunding Eagles Engineers Sdn Bhd is seeking a Mechanical / Electrical Engineer (M&E Consultant) in Subang Jaya to support project teams with design concepts, cost estimation, and submissions to authorities. The role requires a degree in engineering and at least 3 years of related M&E experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.

Candidates with Mandarin language skills have an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and may travel to sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist and report to Project Team Leader in preliminary planning, design concepts and cost estimation.
• Prepare and manage M&E contracts, tender documents, drawings and specifications.
• Monitor and manage timely progression of project phases and site activities.
• Attend project meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning.
• Support process improvements and development within the department.
• Perform other duties as required by management.

Mechanical / Electrical Engineer (M&E Consultant)

Industry: Mechanical & Electrical Consultancy Services

Salary range : Start from RM 4300 depends on related experience (Prefer 3 Years above of related working experience)

• 1. Assist and report to Project Team Leader : In performing preliminary planning, preparation of Design concepts and cost estimation. Liaise with external parties (authority, client, contractor) with regards to project submission and approval. Technical interfacing. In contract administration.
• 2. Prepare and manage M&E contract, tender process, preparing relevant documents, drawings, specifications, calculation and others.
• 3. Monitor and manage timely implementation of all project phases.
• 4. Attend all necessary project meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning
• 5. Generate ideas or lead teams that drive continual improvement in processes and performance within the Department.
• 6. Perform other duties as and when required by the management.

Requirements :-

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent.

Candidates proficient in Mandarin as an advantage to communicate to Mandarin speaking clients.

Minimum 3 Years aboveof working experience for Electrical/Mechanical Engineer in the related field (M&E Consultant field) is required for this position.

Required Skill(s): Autocad, Revit, Microsoft Office

Positive attitude, willing to learn, able to work independently and willing to travel.
