Job summary

Carlsberg Malaysia is seeking an Executive, Material Warehouse on a 6 months contract to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and issuing of materials, with accurate system postings and alignment to physical stock. The role also covers GR/DO processing and daily stock transactions to support production and operations.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; requires basic MS Word/Excel skills and good coordination.

Qualifications

• SPM/ STPM/ Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Prefer 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end warehouse operations for materials.
• Manage goods movement and ensure proper labeling and storage.
• Support inventory control through cycle counts and stock updates.
• Maintain warehouse safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.
• Assist with route planning and buffer stock monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal teams on safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
