Job summary

BizLink Technology (S.E.A) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Material Quote Specialist based in Seberang Perai, Penang, to support the sales team with material analysis and competitive quotes for RFQs.

The role focuses on sourcing, supplier cost negotiation, and ensuring timely quotes to win new business. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing, a Diploma/Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent, and strong knowledge of electronics components.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing industry.
• Diploma / Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Electronics component.
• Demonstrate expertise in negotiation, implementation and maintenance of supplier contracts.
• Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaker.

Responsibilities

• Exercise and implement sourcing strategies and activities for the assigned commodity.
• Provide competitive cost for the new RFQ from Business Team.
• Ensure on time quote submission to Business Team.
• Support NPI RFQ activities.
• Manage supplier contracts, price confirmation and system updates.

• Resolve price discrepancy for supplier contract price.

About the role
