Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support warehouse and inventory operations by managing incoming and outgoing materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring the timely movement of goods throughout the facility. This role plays a critical part in supporting production activities through effective material control, inventory accuracy, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify the quantity and quality of incoming deliveries against purchase orders and shipping documentation.
• Label received materials and ensure products are stored in the correct locations.
• Pick, identify, and locate materials accurately to support operational and delivery requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and stock levels.
• Process returns, complete required documentation, and coordinate relevant communications.
• Operate and perform basic maintenance checks on material handling equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Coordinate purchasing requirements and monitor stock availability, highlighting items that are low or in short supply.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve missing shipments, incorrect deliveries, and damaged products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and workplace safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business and operational requirements.

Education

• SPM, High School Certificate, or equivalent qualification.

Experience

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, inventory, or materials handling environment is advantageous.
