Job summary

ROTOWELL ENTERPRISE (PENANG) SDN BHD seeks a warehouse/production associate to blend chemicals per Technical Department formulations and supervise safe workstation practices in production and warehouse areas.

You will handle daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping, while maintaining stock accuracy and adhering to FIFO and labeling protocols. Safety and quality standards are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/ Professional Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Min 2 years related industry experience or 5 years in warehouse operations.
• Experience operating reach trucks and forklifts with certification is a plus.
• Understanding of stock control, labeling, and storage system (eg FIFO).

Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse activities relating to ordering, receiving, storing, inventory control, issue and shipment of products.
• Load and unload activities; ensure accurate picking, cross-checking and packing.
• Maintain stock information and monitor daily product movement and inventory levels.
• Ensure warehouse documentation is accurate and in compliance with procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping of the warehouse and uphold high standards.
• Follow safety protocols for material handling and storage.
• Ensure all activities comply with the internal Quality Management System and ethical standards.

Job description

Blend chemicals based on formulation provided by Technical Department.

Ensure safe operation of the workstation by wearing appropriate safety gear.

Handle waste discharge responsibly as per requirements and propose suggestions for reducing emissions.

Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of equipment and the related work area.

Maintain chemical production related

Warehouse

Responsible for daily warehouse activities relating to ordering, receiving, storing, inventory control, issue and shipment of products.

Responsible for loading and unloading activities.

Ensures accurate picking, cross-checking and packing.

Maintains stock information and monitors daily product movement and actual distribution schedules versus inventory level.

Ensures warehouse documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with established procedures.

Responsible for the housekeeping of the warehouse. Ensures that high housekeeping standards are maintained.

Ensures all the activities comply with ethical standards and the internal Quality Management System.

Follow all safety protocols for material handling and storage.

Qualifications:

Minimum SPM/ Professional Certificate or equivalent qualification.

Min 2 years related industry experience or 5 years in warehouse operations.

Good experience and ability to safely operate reach trucks, forklifts and other material-handling equipment (with OSHA-compliant or other related certification is a plus).

Understanding of stock control, labeling, and storage system eg.. FIFO. Ensuring correct item counts, labels, and storage locations.
