Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring for a Material Controller to support production planning in a fast-growing manufacturing setting.

Based in Tampoi, this role focuses on developing weekly/monthly production plans, analyzing inputs, and ensuring capacity alignment with targets. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree and has 1–2 years' relevant experience, with familiarity in ERP/MES systems to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree in any field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Material Controller or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in automotive industry or production planning is preferred.
• Knowledge of production management, inventory control and manufacturing processes.
• Familiar with ERP/MES systems.

• Develop and monitor weekly and monthly production plans to support workshop targets.
• Analyse order intake and production requirements to ensure capacity alignment.
• Prepare operational reports, production statistics and performance updates.
• Monitor production line progress and follow up work order completion rates.

Familiar with ERP/MES systems.
