Trade Nation in Malaysia is seeking a MarTech Lead to own the marketing technology ecosystem, define strategy, architecture and the 2027 roadmap in a regulated environment. You will drive the CMS, HubSpot, tracking and analytics ecosystem with governance and strong integrations.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering and Data teams, lead vendor selection and renewals, and implement server-side GTM, GA4 and Amplitude. Strong data governance and compliance knowledge is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in MarTech or related field, with 2+ years owning a technology stack.
• Hands-on with headless CMS platforms.
• Proven vendor selection, contract negotiation and technology rationalisation.
• Experience with enterprise CRM (HubSpot or equivalent) and analytics: GA4, Amplitude or Mixpanel.
• Knowledge of consent, data governance and compliance in digital marketing.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects remotely with strong communication.

Aufgaben

• Own the MarTech strategy and architecture, including audit and roadmap.
• Manage CMS, HubSpot, tracking, and analytics governance and integrations.
• Lead vendor selection, negotiations and renewals, deciding buy/build/retire.
• Build foundations for tracking and analytics: server-side GTM, GA4, Consent Mode, Amplitude.
• Identify AI use cases in content, localisation, reporting, and campaigns.
• Deliver clear technical project requirements with ownership and milestones.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering and Data to drive the FY27 MarTech roadmap.
