Job summary

Tec D Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Marketing and E-commerce Leader to drive our online business. You will own the e-commerce strategy, oversee digital marketing campaigns, and optimize performance across platforms using GA4 analytics.

The role requires 5+ years in e-commerce and digital marketing, plus leadership experience, with a focus on growth and partner acquisition. Join us to collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance and drive DMP initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce and digital marketing
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience
• Strong data entry and analytical skills
• Ability to present clearly and negotiate effectively
• Proven leadership and time management abilities
• Collaborates well across teams

Responsibilities

• Drive overall marketing strategy and execution for the e-commerce business
• Lead digital transformation with integrated e-commerce and marketing initiatives
• Achieve growth targets for DMP and new partners
• Spearhead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Finance
• Lead DMP/JDE integration projects and UI/UX enhancements
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
• Monitor performance using GA4 and analytics tools; provide data-driven insights
• Identify new digital marketing strategies and opportunities
