- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, reports, and promotional documents.

- Use AI tools to support market research, content writing, brainstorming, data organisation, and marketing planning.

- Assist in managing social media accounts and preparing content calendars.

- Monitor marketing activities and help organise engagement data and campaign performance information.

- Support brand awareness initiatives and the development of marketing strategies.

- Assist with competitor research and analyse relevant market information.

- Coordinate marketing activities with internal departments and external partners when required.

- Verify AI-generated information and ensure that marketing content is accurate, relevant, and professional.

- Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

- Must be currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

- Chinese students are encouraged to apply.

- Available for an internship of 3–6 months.

- Good written and spoken English; Chinese proficiency is an advantage.

- Proficient in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, DeepSeek, or similar applications for research, content creation, and daily work.

- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.

- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other common office applications.

- Creative, organised, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

- Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills.

- Able to work independently and complete assigned tasks responsibly.

- Must meet applicable Malaysian immigration, internship, and work authorisation requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in marketing, social media management, content creation, or promotional activities.

- Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, or other social media channels.

- Basic graphic design or video editing skills using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.

- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, generate ideas, conduct research, or develop marketing content.

- Ability to evaluate AI-generated content critically and verify information before publication.

- Strong interest in branding, consumer behaviour, market research, and digital marketing.

- Ability to communicate in both Chinese and English.
