Job summary

You will coordinate with internal sales teams, external agencies and vendors to ensure timely execution, manage timelines, logistics and budgets, and assist with reporting and administration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, events or programme coordination.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Able to coordinate with multiple teams, agencies and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing programmes, campaigns, events and customer engagement activities.
• Coordinate programme timelines, logistics, marketing materials and deliverables.
• Assist with event registrations, customer invitations, communications and post-event follow-ups.
• Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure smooth coordination of marketing activities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support customer recruitment and marketing initiatives.
• Track programme participation and help prepare marketing reports and updates.
• Support budget tracking, purchase requests and other administrative tasks.
