UAC Berhad, a Malaysia-based fibre cement manufacturer, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Sales team, manage marketing materials, and coordinate events. The role requires organizing requisitions, invoices, and vendor communications to ensure timely delivery of promotional items.

We are an established company with a large workforce, including a plant in Ipoh, Perak, and a Boustead Holdings Berhad subsidiary.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in marketing, marketing support, or administrative coordination.
• Strong communication, organization and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate preparation and availability of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, promotional items).
• Provide marketing-related support to Sales team as required.
• Prepare purchase requisitions, invoices and payment docs for marketing materials.
• Maintain filing and documentation of marketing records.
• Assist in planning corporate events, exhibitions and promotional activities.
• Liaise with QA/QC to request product samples for marketing purposes.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, suppliers and printers for quotations and artwork.
• Liaise with publishers and media partners for advertisement placements and payments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
