Job summary

STC Property Management Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a capable events/marketing coordinator in Malaysia to plan and execute marketing events and promotional activities that boost brand visibility and engage customers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related.
• Preferably 3 years of experience in event management, coordination or marketing.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Creative, resourceful and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Able to work beyond normal office hours, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate marketing events, promotional activities, exhibitions, roadshows, product launches and customer engagement programmes.
• Coordinate event logistics, venue arrangements, setup, equipment, promotional materials and other related requirements.
• Liaise with event organisers, vendors, suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth event arrangements and execution.
• Coordinate marketing and promotional materials, including banners, brochures, flyers and other event-related materials.
• Attend and oversee events, monitor their effectiveness and prepare post-event reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.
