Resource Services Group X Pty Ltd is seeking a Marketing Operations & Content Coordinator in Kuala Lumpur. You will turn marketing plans into actionable deliverables, coordinating project teams, suppliers and approvals to ensure timely, brand-consistent content production across case studies, profiles, web copy and collateral.

You will own end-to-end workflows, improve processes, and leverage AI to increase productivity while maintaining meticulous document and asset management across brands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing coordination or similar roles.
• Demonstrable organisation: trackers, deadlines, processes.
• Strong written English; professional copy editing.
• Comfort with structured digital systems; quick to learn.
• Genuine, habitual AI use in daily tasks.
• Confidence chasing busy people for information and approvals.
• Proactive, self-directed communication for remote/asynchronous work.

Responsibilities

• Marketing operations & project coordination: maintain tracker, schedule deliverables, coordinate teams and suppliers.
• Content & marketing execution: produce case studies, profiles, web content, collateral; ensure on-brand copy.
• Project marketing, site visits & content capture: organise site visits, capture photos/videos, coordinate approvals.
• Systems, document & asset management: organise folders, templates, assets for easy retrieval.
• Process improvement & AI productivity: map workflows, reduce bottlenecks, document SOPs and automate where sensible.
• Design & brand support: produce in-house collateral; brief external designers to brand guidelines.
• Reporting & wider marketing support: pull analytics, report trends and support events.
