Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Communications, Business or a related field.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and quick to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and development of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, posters, and digital content.
• Assist in creating, editing, and adapting visual assets for marketing campaigns using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro).
• Assist in coordinating marketing events by handling logistics such as venue arrangements, vendor communication, and promotional giveaways.
• Manage and update marketing databases, contact lists, and marketing reports to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support digital marketing activities, including social media posting, basic content scheduling, and campaign tracking.
• Assist in collecting and compiling market research, competitor insights, and customer feedback to support marketing initiatives and decision-making.
• Perform other marketing‑related administrative and coordination tasks as required.
