Job summary

OneSIM is seeking a Marketing Coordinator based in Kuala Lumpur for a 2-year contract. The role is administrative-focused within the marketing department, ensuring seamless execution by overseeing project processes, procurement, and stakeholder coordination for local and regional marketing functions.

The successful candidate will manage vendor liaison for print, maintain digital brochures, support events logistics, and handle SAP workflows as the core license owner, requiring 3–5 years' relevant

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of marketing coordination or project administration experience.
• Experience coordinating marketing collateral production, vendors and events.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with good CMS/EDM familiarity.
• Familiarity with SAP, procurement workflows or other enterprise systems is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing projects and liaise with vendors for print and events.
• Update digital brochures on the OneSIM website and coordinate print quantities.
• Support logistics for filming, photoshoots, and events (room booking and timings).
• Oversee SAP processes for the marketing team as core license owner.
