Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any related field.
• 2–3 years of working experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a strong passion for fashion retail encouraged to apply.
• Able to work on alternate Saturdays or public holidays during peak seasons.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Own transport and willingness to travel to assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations across all assigned stores.
• Conduct regular visits to stores and communicate with staff to resolve urgent issues.
• Participate in store management, visual merchandising, and brand development.
• Collaborate with relevant departments on operational matters.
• Plan, implement, and maintain visual merchandising standards to engage customers and drive sales.
• Lead and monitor store manpower planning and staff development.
• Monitor sales performance, conduct market research, and propose improvement plans.
• Oversee inventory management and stock-taking to ensure accuracy.
