Job summary

Mitraland Group is seeking a proactive Marketing and Sales Assistant Manager to support the Head of Department in driving sales and marketing initiatives. You will help formulate strategic plans and organize activities such as road shows and exhibitions to hit targets.

The role requires strong digital marketing know-how, excellent communication, and the ability to travel regionally to Klang and Salak Tinggi as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in property development marketing.
• Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or related discipline.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to travel to Klang and Salak Tinggi.
• Flexible to work on certain weekends if needed.

Job description

• Assist Head of Department to drive and champion the overall sales and marketing activities.
• Formulate and execute strategic marketing and sales plans with aim to achieve sales targets
• Develop, plan and organize sales activities such as road shows, trade fairs, etc to achieve overall objectives
• Spearhead and carry out product launching inclusive pre and post launch activities;
• Liaise with relevant agencies and carry out Advertising and Promotional (A&P) activities;
• Responsible to coordinate with real estate agencies on strategies to achieve sales target and objectives
• Responsible to liaise with mortgages team on loan application
• Well versed with digital marketing, market research and product planning.
• Responsible for overseeing operations at the Company’s sales galleries, with weekly travel to Klang and Salak Tinggi - mileage claims are provided.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Management.

Requirements

• Willing to travel around Klang and Salak Tinggi - mileage claim is provided.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in property development marketing
• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or related discipline
• A high degree of maturity with good interpersonal and communications skills
• Dynamic personality with problem solving capabilities who can work independently and take on challenges.
• Flexible to work on certain weekends, if need be.
• Knowledge in property software system is an advantage
• Experience with digital marketing and social media marketing.
