Job summary

Swift Energy Sdn Bhd is an industrial automation and power system provider serving oil & gas, grains, edible oils, fats and food manufacturing industries. We design, manufacture, assemble, integrate, install, test and commission process control and power systems, with facilities in Shah Alam and Chongqing.

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies to expand market presence, build relationships with M&E consultants, and drive project leads through consultant engagement,

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the M&E, electrical, engineering or related industry.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with local M&E consultants and industry stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand market presence and generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with local M&E consultants, developers, contractors and other industry stakeholders.

Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with M&E consultants to promote the company's products and identify upcoming projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.

Must be currently meeting and maintaining relationships with local M&E consultants in the market.

Established network of M&E consultants and proven ability to generate project leads.

Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and business development skills.

Proactive, results-oriented and willing to travel for client meetings.
