Job description

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote East West Seed brand and products across key markets and customer segments

Design and manage multi‑channel campaigns (digital, print, trade shows, field days) that support product launches, grower engagement, and brand awareness

Collaborate closely with crop agronomists and sales team to gather market insights to align marketing strategies

Create and adapt content in connection with external agency for brochures, flyers, website, videos, and social media platforms (Facebook)

Oversee the organisation and marketing of field demos, grower meetings, and industry events

Deliver post‑project debriefs through analysis of campaign performance and ROI, providing actionable recommendations for improvement

Manage marketing budget, ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Minimum Requirements (Education, Experience , Skills)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns in seed, crop protection, or fertiliser sector
  • Must be able to communicate professionally in spoken and written Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
  • Able to read and write Malay, and English
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong project management skills
  • Willing to travel within and across region
