Job summary

LBS Bina Group Berhad in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to create and implement effective marketing and sales strategies for its project developments. You will liaise with creative agencies for marketing collaterals and oversee advertising campaigns, exhibitions and promotions.

The role requires active market research to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition, with the ability to work under budget constraints and coordinate with consultants for new property

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 6+ years of related marketing experience, preferably in property development.
• Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or Equivalent
• Minimum 6 year working experience in related field is required for this position. Experience in property development industry is an added advantage
• Well verse in Microsoft Office software
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia – both verbal & written
• Possess good analytical skills, meticulous, positive working attitude, committed, good interpersonal skills and follow up skills.
• Ability to build good relationship internally and externally
• Multi-tasking is expected
• Able to work independently under minimal supervision
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadline
