Job summary

LBS Bina Group Berhad is seeking a Marketing/Business Administrator to conduct market intelligence, feasibility studies and monthly development reports. You will support design reviews, branding collateral, and regulatory interactions with the Ministry of Housing to ensure timely project progress.

The role requires diploma/degree in marketing or related field with 2–3 years in property marketing, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years related experience in property marketing.
• Excellent in communication and presentation skills.
• Creative, resourceful and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• To conduct feasibility study, market intelligence research, analyzing demands, trend and pricing.
• To conduct regular market research into the latest property trends including making study tours to latest development and to furnish a monthly report together with pictures of the development visited to the management.
• Assist superior in design development of projects including design briefs, recommending innovative or latest trend and review all design in the draft building plans.
• Assist superior for the conceptualization and the review of all marketing and branding collaterals to ensure consistent delivery of brand message and the effective communication of the design intent of each project to the target markets.
• Follow up with Ministry of Housing matter, eg : application of developer license, advertising permit , renewal of advertising permit & developer license, Borang 7F submission, update project status.
• Update latest info to branch office if there is any new regulations or policy implemented by Ministry of Housing.
• Arrange for monthly roadshow venue for Marketing Department or our sole agent.
• Handling REHDA matter: membership renewal, liaise with REHDA on the on-going training or workshop, and promote to Company for participation.
• Attend to buyers’ enquiries.
• Preparation for project launching.
• Handling administration tasks and other ad hoc task in Sales & Marcom Department
