Job summary

Mysense Sdn Bhd is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to bridge Marketing and Sales, focusing on maximizing lead quality and conversion. You will track, score, follow up, and convert leads while collaborating with Marketing and Sales in a fast-paced Petaling Jaya team.

Responsibilities include monitoring ads performance, handling inbound leads, managing retargeting, and driving CRM adoption in SenseBeat. The role offers flexible working hours and a WFH day.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in digital marketing or lead management.
• Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Experience handling, qualifying, and tracking inbound leads.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and maintaining data accuracy.
• Able to read campaign metrics and identify performance issues.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads performance — review lead quality, cost per lead, and conversion rates; flag issues and collaborate with Marketing to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness.
• Handle and qualify inbound leads from SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, and website channels — ensure timely first contact, proper follow-up, and accurate CRM updates.
• Manage retargeting and lead nurturing activities to re-engage potential customers who haven't converted.
• Drive adoption and proper usage of our CRM system (SenseBeat) — ensure data accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and process compliance across Sales and Marketing teams.
• Monitor tender, RFQ, and partnership opportunities from relevant platforms; screen and highlight relevant ones to the team.
• Conduct regular reviews of company website and landing pages to identify improvement opportunities for conversion and user experience.
• Track and report on KPIs including lead quality, cost per lead, contact rate, conversion rate, CRM adoption, and retargeting performance.
