Job summary

Harapan Menang Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support sales performance, manage inventory, and plan budgets. You will implement marketing strategies, create materials, and oversee social media channels.

You will work with Canva and other design tools, keep up to date with promotions, and prepare reports. At least two years in retail/marketing/events is required, with familiarity of TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.

Qualifications

• Experience in Canva and other similar designing/editor tools.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail/marketing/events industry
• Knowledgeable on Social Media marketing tools (e.g. TikTok, Facebook)

• Assist Sales Manager to monitor sales performance and manage inventory.
• Plan and execute marketing budgets and strategies.
• Manage and maintain all the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Update latest marketing information such as promotions, product info, dealers' contacts and branding content.
• Create and prepare various marketing materials and reports.
• Promote and manage marketing materials to support frontline sales.
• Support ad-hoc activities as requested by the company.

Create and prepare various marketing materials and reports.

To support on ad-hoc activities as and when the company requested from time to time.
