Job summary

Insing Interior Furnishings Sdn.Bhd in Sibu, Malaysia is seeking a marketing-focused professional to manage local social media channels and produce engaging short videos for TikTok and Instagram. You will shoot, edit, and publish content, respond to inquiries via social platforms, and help plan promotions across Sibu, Kuching, and Mukah branches.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related field.
• Experience in social media management and digital marketing is preferred.
• Able to shoot and edit short videos (TikTok / Reels).
• Basic experience in video editing and content creation.
• Experience in booth setup / roadshow / exhibition is an advantage.
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Ads.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Creative, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage company Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts.
• Create, shoot, and edit short videos for social media marketing.
• Reply to customer inquiries via social media and WhatsApp.
• Forward measurement and sales inquiries to Sales Executive team.
• Plan and create promotion packages and marketing campaigns.
• Promote new products and services on social media.
• Create or coordinate posters, videos, and marketing materials.
• Run and manage Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Ensure all promotions and posts are updated across Sibu, Kuching, and Mukah branches.
• Assist in booth setup, roadshows, and marketing events when needed.
• Monitor marketing performance and suggest improvements.
• Prepare simple monthly reports.
